Children

Our church caters for children each week by providing Sabbath school classes for several age groups:

  • Cradle Roll/Kindy (children 0 - 4 years) - Parents welcome
  • Primary (children 5 - 9)
  • Junior/Earliteen (10 - 15 years)

The children's Sabbath school classes each week contain songs, crafts, quizzes, games and Bible stories that are age appropriate. Parents are welcome to join with their little ones or they can drop them off and enjoy some adult interaction.

Children are invited to join their parents during the church service where there will be a children's story for them.

Young Adults

Our church has a 'mobile' youth group with many studying away and returning during vacation breaks. The age catered for in this group is aproximately 16 to 25. When numbers are light there is opportunity to join with the youth group from Warwick.

Our youth ministry is designed to build and strengthen each other in developing a personal relationship with God and to support and encourage one another.

Adventurers

Adventurer's is an activities based program catering for 4 to 9 year olds (lower primary age). This is a pre-program to Pathfinder's. It introduces kids to new experiences and new friends and most of all a personal relationship with Jesus!

Pathfinders

Pathfinders, a program similar to Scouts, is designed for for 10-16-year-olds to socialise with each other as well as learn and develop life skills. Run by qualified and committed leaders of the church, Pathfinders participate in a range of activities, including -

  • abseiling
  • canoeing
  • camping and hiking
  • crafts

They also learn to develop important life values such as teamwork, commitment and self-respect.
Honour badges can be earned for completing requirements on specific topics in the areas or nature, craft and recreation, and at the end of each year Pathfinder clubs present awards to Pathfinders on achievement of various skills.

We have two Pathfinder Clubs on the Granite Belt - Stanthorpe & Warwick.
